Our Philosophy

Rooted in the
rhythm of the earth.

At Sow Juice Pop-up, we don't force the calendar. We listen to it. Each juice we press and each loaf we shape responds to what the season offers — the first strawberries of June, the autumn squash, the blood oranges that arrive like a promise in January.

Our ingredients come from Bay Area farms we know by name. Our bakers arrive before dawn. Our pop-ups appear where people gather — no reservations, no pretense, just food that tastes like it was made for this exact moment.

Our Story

We built this
for people
who care where
food comes from.

Sow Juice Pop-up started the way the best things do — from a frustration. Fresh food, clearly sourced and honestly prepared, should not require a reservation or a neighborhood you need to know by heart to find.

We set up a folding table on Market Street with two cold-press juicers and a deck oven, and the people showed up. Not because we advertised, but because the smell of baking bread travels further than any sign.

Today we're still a pop-up by choice. Still pressing what the season gives us. Still showing up where the foot traffic is thick and the coffee is thin. The only thing that's grown is the number of people who know us by name — and the ones who don't get to discover us anyway.

The season won't wait.
Neither should you.

Fresh juice is pressed once a day. Croissants are best the morning they're baked. Show up early.
